BBQ Restaurant, specializing in Pulled Pork and Dry Rubbed Ribs. Appetizer: side salad with parmesan peppercorn dressing. The dressing was tasty, and the lettuce fresh, but both were at room temp. Salads are supposed to be stored cold, aren't they? I had a sampler that included a Pulled Pork sandwich and 2 Dry Rubbed Ribs. The Pulled Pork was piled high, tender & juicy. The Dry Rubbed Ribs were excellent and came off the bone easy. 4 kinds of BBQ sauce available: Sufferin Sweet, Mojo Mild (sweet & sour), Double Trouble Lone Star (mild builds to moderately hot and back down again), and Hoochie Coochie Hot BBQ (think of the hottest buffalo sauce you've tasted). Served with baked beans, not the Ranch Beans so often served at restaurants. Rockabilly ambiance. 2008. Texas de Brazil, (972) 385-1000, 15101 Addison Rd, Addison.
